the room was stunning, with an elegant and modern design, high-end finishes, and breathtaking views. the restaurant offered special diet menus that catered to our preferences and the in-room breakfast was a delicious and convenient option.
There was one minor issue that stood out. the service was not up to par with the rest of the experience.

Our early check-in was effortless and the room was spacious and clean. The lounge offered great canapes and the views from our Executive King Room were amazing. The location was central and convenient for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable with great city views. The breakfast had a good selection, and the location was convenient for shopping and business meetings. Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing an early check-in and meeting all of our needs. a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful, especially the concierge who provided us with accurate and useful information. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from the shopping mall, Convention Centre and free tram stop. The hotel facilities were superb, including spacious and well-equipped rooms, as well as a club lounge with delicious food and beverage options. The housekeeping service was also really good, making sure to keep everything clean on a daily basis.

Convenient location in heart of South Wharf, just steps away from shopping, bars, restaurants, and the river. Fast and informative check-in process, with friendly staff. Spacious room with a separate bath, shower, and toilet in the ensuite. Highly recommended for couples and families.
Room cleanliness could be improved, with broken door handle, rubbish left behind, and bed not made properly. Restaurant experience was disappointing, with undercooked steak and tasteless and tough meat.

I recently stayed at a hotel in South Wharf, and it was fantastic. The location was ideal, with easy access to trams on Collins St and close proximity to the stadium. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was amazing. The service provided by the staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the view from the room was breathtaking. the hotel had a stunning foyer area and a great restaurant and bar.
There was one minor issue with the facilities that could use improvement.
